Firstly, I am a nature loving, animal loving, sensitive and intuitive soul. I'm 45 and I've spent my life exploring sensuality and connection in many different forms. The conclusion I have come to so far is that your body is your very own Temple. It's exquisite. The wisdom, the pleasure and the luxury your body can share with you is extraordinary. It doesn't matter what it looks like. It doesn't matter what size it is or how old it is. It is your sacred vessel for the time you are here. Look after it.

I've been a massage therapist, healer and dancer for about twenty years.  I've also spent the last sixteen years working as a Tantra practitioner. Throughout this time, I attended many residential workshops and was fortunate enough to train with many teachers from around the world. I've also won a few awards for dance including Miss Belly Dance UK and a Sexual Freedom award. (and yes! I can balance that pot on my head whilst dancing!) I love weaving my skills and experience together to create sessions and workshops for groups and individuals.
